How to run a Marathon in Six months

Two years ago Eelco de Boer was way too heavy, he didn't do any sports and just didn't feel good about himself.

He really hated being on a diet but he wanted and needed to lose weight. Unfortunately, the weight he lost, always came back. He also tried to go to the gym to lose some weight, but this didn't work for him either.
