Exercises in brief

Here's a brief outline of my exercise routine.

These are speed and strength exercises. Three session per week, 40 minutes per session, 10-20 seconds between reps

2 reps 50 sit ups
2 reps 50 circles
2 reps 50 skipping
2 reps 50 squats
2 reps 50 push ups
2 reps 50 circles
2 reps 50 sit ups
2 reps 50 lunges
2 reps 50 calve raises
2 reps 50 medicine ball leg raises
2 reps 50 sit ups
2 reps 50 circles
2 reps 50 skipping
2 reps 50 push ups
2 reps 50 scissors
2 reps 50 circles
2 reps 50 sit ups
