New Runners Rave newsletter

Hey look I've been posted in the "Stay Fit" runners rave newsletter.

Runners Rave Past Newsletters
David is a young Australian distance runner. He works closely with the Stay Fit team helping develop and maintain the "Distance Secrets" program. This program is a mentoring system based on Jack Daniels "Running Formula" with other great content from David and his coach. The program runs for 23 weeks and takes runners through week by week training routines and techniques David uses. Each week members get an audio recording of Davids training, thoughts and opinions of the previous weeks efforts. These can be invaluable insights for fellow runners struggling with training efforts and motivation. Accompanying the weekly audios are work books and exercise routines that outline appropriate exercises to complement the weeks training. Interviews with other experts in the fields of nutrition, coaching and sleep habits are included at various stages in the program to help keep participants in tip top shape. The program is designed to help distance runners improve their running times over 5-15 kilometers but the program can be tailored to help trail runners, cross country runners, triathletes, duathletes and marathon runner of all levels achieve specific goals in their chosen discipline.
